Description of the measure: 18. Import and export requirements
(1) (a) Any person who intends to import or export, or causes to be imported or
exported, a regulated product shall apply for clearance from NAPRO in such form and manner
as it may determine.
(b) An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by such fee as may
be prescribed, and by such information or document as may be required by NAPRO.
